This action was brought by the-Northern Pacific Railway Company, successor to the- hi or them Pacific Railroad Company, to recover possession-of certain portions of- its right of way in the county of Spokane. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff was the' owner and entitled to the possession of a strip of land 400 feet wide, and that defendants had wrongfully entered thereon, and judgment was demanded for the removal of a cloud, for the quieting of title to the lands mentioned in the complaint, and for the possession of same/ Separate…
