Upon being discharged from a mental health care facility operated by Advantage *765 Behavioral Health Systems ("Advantage"), Nicholas Cleveland committed suicide. Cleveland's parents then filed this negligence and wrongful death action against Advantage, and Advantage filed a motion for a protective order, seeking to have portions of its records on Cleveland declared privileged.
