Sofarelli Brothers, Incorporated (hereinafter called Sofarelli), had a contract with the Housing Authority of the 'City of Frederick, Maryland, to construct buildings known as the Lincoln Apartments. Sofarelli, general contractor, entered into a contract with W. Lee Elgin, trading as Potomac Heating and Supply Company (hereinafter called Elgin), whereby Elgin, subcontractor, on June 14, 1940, agreed to furnish all necessary labor and material for a complete plumbing and heating system for the Lincoln Apartments, for a consideration of $27,500.
