MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MATSCH, District Judge.

On February 26, 1987, 654 F.Supp. 1147, this court entered a Memorandum Opinion and Order in this class action on behalf of inmates confined for treatment under the Youth Corrections Act (“YCA”) at the Federal Correctional Institution, Englewood, Colorado.
