The Counsel for Discipline of the Nebraska Supreme Court filed formal charges against Gary G. Thompson, respondent, alleging various ethical violations. Later, amended formal charges were filed. In a stipulation filed with the referee, Thompson admitted the allegations in the amended formal charges; admitted he violated his oath of office, Neb. Rev. Stat. § 7-104 (Reissue 1997); and admitted he violated various provisions of the Code of Professional Responsibility.
