Petitioner Cindy McCoy worked full-time for Nursefinders, Inc. as a certified home health aide until January 2004, at which time she decided to accelerate her schooling by taking a full semester’s college credits. She therefore ceased caring for a patient for whom she had previously been working thirty-five hours per week during the day from eight to three on weekdays, and she sought a different full-time schedule that would accommodate her hours in school.
