Certiorari to Woodbury District Court. — W. G. Sears, Judge. This is certiorari to review tlie judgment of said district court and said judge, adjudging plaintiff guilty of contempt of court for violating a liquor injunction, and imposing a punishment therefor.

If it is plaintiff who ran, and dropped a sack filled with bottles of whisky, when he saw an officer approaching the plaintiff, the finding that he violated the liquor injunction is correct. And the whole 1>ecord demonstrates that, when plaintiff ai'g'aes there is no evidence that he violated such injunction, he means there is not a sufficient identification of him as the doer of acts that would constitute such violation.
