In this formal testacy proceeding as to the estate of Donna L. Gallavan (decedent), Joseph James Verce, Jr. (contestant), as personal representative of decedent’s sister, Carla M. Verce, appeals the trial court’s judgment denying his petition for adjudication of intestacy. Phillip R. McClendon, as decedent’s personal representative, and Shri-ners Hospitals for Children, as a devisee, opposed the petition. We affirm.
