MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

This matter comes before the Court on Debtor Robert D. Wilson’s Motion to Set Aside Order to Remove Automatic Stay and Disallow Reclamation and Sale of One Vehicle. Docket No. 38. The Court conducted a hearing and has considered the motion, briefs and affidavits filed by the parties, as well as their arguments. This Memorandum disposes of the motion. Fed. R.
