¶ 20. I respectfully dissent from the majority’s opinion in this case. Olivia Jefferson appeals the civil forfeiture of her vehicle. I would affirm the judgment of the trial court because the evidence in the record and the findings of the trial court reflect that the City met its burden to prove the allegations set forth in the complaint for civil forfeiture of the vehicle at issue.
