Re: Emergency Application for Relief from Stay — Bank of America, N.A.

Bank of America, N.A., as successor to NationsBank, N.A., (Bank) has applied for relief from the stay of litigation against Legion Insurance Company (In Liquidation) (Legion). This particular stay 1 went into effect on July 25, 2003, when this Court terminated the rehabilita^ tion of Legion and ordered the insurer to be liquidated.
