This appeal implicates the constitutionality of a Massachusetts statute requiring manufacturers of tobacco products to disclose the additives and nicotine-yield ratings of then-products to the state’s public health department. See Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 94, § 307B (the “Disclosure Act”).
