Inasmuch as we agree with Supreme Court’s determination that defendant holds record title to the property in question, we affirm. Plaintiffs property consists of four parcels, designated as parcels I, iy V and VII on a survey prepared by Bolster and Associates in 2007 and revised in 2009 (hereinafter the Bolster survey).
