Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Renee A. *245White, J.), rendered May 29, 2007, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of four counts of robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felony offender, to concurrent terms of 20 years to life, unanimously reversed, on the law, the plea vacated, and the matter remanded for further proceedings.
