MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ROYCE C. LAMBERTH, Chief Judge.
Before the Court is a motion [1] to withdraw reference transmitted to this Court on April 4, 2012 and filed by John B. Mann, Mann Technologies, LLC, the Registry Solutions Company, John H. Page, and Robert B. Patterson,1 all of whom are creditors of the debtor corporation, Ellip-so, Inc. Upon consideration of the motion; the opposition filed by the debtor, its Chapter 11 Trustee, Wendell Webster, and the proponents of the pending joint plan of reorganization; and the creditors’ reply, the Court will deny the motion.
