This is a petition for specific performance of an option to buy land. Trial by the Court resulted in a decree of specific performance, dated February 18, 1969, exercisable not later than March 31, 1969. Defendants’ exceptions were transferred by Grant, J.

As a result of the settlement of litigation involving the land in question, known as the Bog Pond tract in Lincoln, the defendant Kattar became the purchaser of it.
