MEMORANDUM
KEECH, District Judge.
This action is before the court on an attachment .issued by the American Ice Company, as garnishor, against National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh as garnishee. The attachment arose out of the refusal of National Union to pay a judgment in favor of American Ice Company against Delbert J. Scott for $30,000.00 and costs of $48.00.
