THIS MATTER came on for hearing on the application of Tappouni Mechanical, Inc. (Tappouni) of the allowance of an administrative expense in this yet to be confirmed chapter 11 ease. The claim is based on damages allegedly incurred as the result of the debtor’s post-petition breach of a pre-petition contract.
