The parties hereto are husband and wife. The wife, the appellant, filed a bill for divorce against her husband, the appellee, in which she charged that he, at the time of their marriage, was “naturally impotent and incapable to perform the act of copulation,” and unable to cause her to become pregnant and bear children, etc., and that since the marriage he has been guilty of repeated acts of extreme cruelty toward her. The allegations of the bill were denied by the answer filed thereto. The appellant stipulated she would rely wholly and alone upon the charge of extreme and repeated cruelty,…
