On June 16, 1931, plaintiff entered into a written contract with tbe defendants, being a standard form of agreement between contractor and owner for construction of buildings, issued by tbe American Institute of Architects, for the construction of a power bouse at Toledo, Iowa. There was also a second agreement for tbe erection of a pump bouse and oil unloading pit.
