This suit was instituted by the surviving widow and children of J. S. Norris, deceased, to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by them on account of the death of the said Norris, which they claim was caused by the negligence of appellant. The deceased, J. S. Norris, had purchased a farm near Pottsboro, Grayson county, Tex., and in January, 1914, was moving to his new home. From Greenville, Tex., to Pottsboro, Tex., he, together with his household goods, some live stock, farm implements, and produce, was transported by the appellant railway company in a box car.
