DAVIS, Justice.

Plaintiff-appellant, Doll Shaw, a widow, sued the defendants-appellees, Tyler State Bank & Trust Company, now Tyler Bank & Trust Company, hereinafter referred to as the Bank, and J. Harold Stringer, its executive vice-president, to recover $19,000 in money and property allegedly advanced by appellant to appellees on September 7, 1951, as the result of fraudulent representation made to appellant by appellee Stringer, individually and as executive vice- president of the Bank, which fraudulent representation appellant believed and relied upon and in so doing parted with her money…
