Tbe indictment in tbis case is based upon Section 13002 of tbe Code of 1924, and charges that:

“Tbe defendant * * * did ® enter tbe premises of tbe Cottage Grove State Bank, a corporation duly organized and authorized to do a general banking business under tbe laws of tbis state, * * * with intent to rob.”

Tbe single proposition urged by tbe defendant for reversal is that a fatal variance between tbe allegations of tbe indictment and tbe proof results from tbe alleged failure of the State-to prove by competent documentary- evidence that tbe Cottage Grove State Bank was a banking corporation'…
