STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiff Arthur Palardy commenced this action on May 15, 1964 against defendants Canadian Universal Insurance Company and American Universal Insurance Company seeking payment of a judgment rendered on July 16, 1963 *572against the Moulton Ladder Manufacturing Company [hereafter, “Moulton”].
