This is an appeal from the judgment of the First Division of the United States Customs Court, entered in conformity with its decision, *69C. D. 1286, 25 Cust. Ct. 197, respecting the classification of, and ■duty assessment upon, certain imported merchandise hereinafter described.
The importations are subject to the provisions of the Tariff Act of 1930.
Numerous protests involving the same general issue being before the Customs Court, the cases were consolidated for trial and disposed of in a single decision and judgment.
