OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Alan Fretas, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court finding him guilty, pursuant to a jury verdict, of child endangering in violation of R.C. 2919.22(A). Because (1) the sufficiency and weight of the evidence support the trial court's judgment, and (2) the prosecution's closing argument did not deprive defendant of a fair trial, we affirm.
