Defendant Vincent appeals his conviction of the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol (to the extent that it was less safe for the accused to drive). Held:

1. The first enumeration of error maintains that the trial court erred in admitting certain breath test results because the State had failed to comply with defendant’s discovery request for any written scientific reports pursuant to OCGA § 17-16-23.
