OPINION AND ORDER
KOELTL, District Judge.
In a letter dated October 20, 2006, WNBC reporter Jonathan Dienst requested immediate access to various sealed documents related to the sentencing of the defendants in this case. After receiving Mr. Dienst’s letter on October 23, the Court issued an order, dated October 26, 2006 (“10/26/06 Order”), which explained that few documents submitted to the Court by the parties had been submitted under seal although some submissions had not yet been filed, and that the vast bulk of the sentencing submissions had already been publicly filed.
