Mowbray, C. J.:

This is a consolidation of two cases: in each, a jury convicted James Arnold Carr of burglary. NRS 205.060. After each conviction, in separate hearings, appellant was adjudged an habitual criminal and sentenced to concurrent life sentences in the Nevada State Penitentiary with possibility of parole. Appellant asserts the following identical errors in both cases: (1) probable cause did not exist to arrest him, and, therefore, a fingerprint exemplar should have been suppressed; (2) fingerprint evidence without any corroboration is insufficient to…
