The appellant, Joey Hullender, was convicted of the murder of Richard Moore, Jr. He was sentenced to life imprisonment. He appeals. We affirm.1

The appellant and his uncle, Clifford Hullender, were at the Cabaret Nightclub located on Highway # 1 in Lyons, Georgia, during the late night hours of January 25, 1985, and early morning hours of January 26.
