PRESNELL, District Judge.

On July 24, 2002, Magistrate Judge Gla-zebrook entered his Report and Recommendation (Doc. 85), recommending that Defendant’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. 69) be granted. On August 12, 2002, Plaintiff filed a perfunctory objection to the Report and Recommenda tion (Doc. 87). The Court has reviewed this matter de novo, and has concluded that the Report and Recommendation is correct in all respects. It is, therefore
