This is a suit for divorce, upon the ground that the defendant has offered such indignities to the plaintiff as rendered his condition intolerable. The circuit court decreed for the plaintiff.

When the cause was called for trial, the defendant objected to any hearing thereof, because the plaintiff was in arrear to the amount of $15 on an order for alimony pendente *419lite. An exception was saved to the overruling of the the objection. No authority is shown in support of such an objection, and we can conceive of no reason why it should have been sustained.
