This is a suit under the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Act No. 20 of 1914 and amendments).

Plaintiff alleges that he was employed by defendant through his agent, Dinger, to operate a Fordson tractor, and that on September 24, 1923, while operating said tractor, he received an injury which totally .and permanently disabled him from doing work of any reasonable character; and he brings this suit to recover 60 per cent of his wages fbr 400 weeks.

The defendant filed an exception of no cause of action, which was overruled.
