11 This case arises from the search of defendant’s residence in conjunction with a probation-related compliance check. Officers from three law enforcement agencies arrived at defendant’s home at 6:00 a.m. to conduct an alleged compliance check. Officers entered the residence and found defendant and defendant’s female companion sleeping. Both defendant and defendant’s female companion were immediately placed in handcuffs.
