MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

Presently before the court is an objection filed by the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors 1 to the proof of claim of Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. (Metropolitan). Metropolitan and the Trustee met informally and exchanged documentation in an attempt to resolve the objection.
