Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Joseph R. Glownia, J.), entered November 12, 2013 in a personal injury action. The order denied the motion and cross *1462motion of defendants Main Seneca Corporation and Buffalo Place, Inc., respectively, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
