Appeals from three judgments of the Supreme Court (Dawson, J.), entered August 4, 1995, August 24, 1995 and August 31, 1995 in Clinton County, upon a dismissal of the complaint at the close of plaintiffs’ case.
On February 13, 1992, plaintiff Gerald F. Delaney (hereinafter plaintiff) underwent an abdominal perineal resection at defendant Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital Medical Center (hereinafter the hospital).
