This is an appeal by defendants from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs.

In their amended complaint, the plaintiffs allege the ownership by plaintiffs and defendant, respectively, of two tracts of land fronting on Bannack Street in Dillon; that upon these adjoining tracts of land a two-story brick building was constructed in 1889 by the owners of the respective tracts, and that upon the property line dividing the same there was erected a party-wall by which the buildings are separated, and that the plaintiffs and defendant and their successors in interest have at all times since the…
