By notice of motion dated August 18, 1983, defendants moved to dismiss the com plaint pursuant to Rule 12(b), Fed.R.Civ.P., for (1) lack of subject matter jurisdiction; (2) lack of personal jurisdiction; and (3) as barred by the applicable statute of limitations.
