FLOYD, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Lauren Graham was arrested for obstruction of justice. The obstruction charge was ultimately dismissed and her record expunged. Graham subsequently filed a civil lawsuit against the police officers responsible for her arrest, alleging that the officers violated her Fourth Amendment rights by arresting her without probable cause.
