MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

I. BACKGROUND FACTS
Defendants Thomas Cleary, Keith Deitelhoff, and Mark Campbell (collectively “Defendants”) prevailed in this jury trial when the jury returned a verdict in their favor and this Court entered a judgment on the verdict on September 2, 2011. Dkts. 207-08. The Court awarded court costs in favor of Defendants and against Plaintiff. Id.
