The plaintiffs in error began a suit in equity in the circuit court of Cook county against the J. F. Schmidt Bros. Company, John F. Schmidt and others, which resulted in a decree granting relief against John F. Schmidt but dismissing the bill as to the J. F. Schmidt Bros. Company. John F. Schmidt took an appeal, and the complainants sued out a writ of error to reverse so much of the decree as dismissed the bill against the J. F. Schmidt Bros. Company.
