*33Mary F. Lendecke, a resident of Laramie County, Wyoming, died there May 10, 1956, leaving a will which, after providing for the payment of debts and expenses, stated in the second paragraph thereof:

“I give devise and bequeath, all of my estate, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever located, and of whatsoever consisting, to the following:
“First Christian Church,. Cheyenne, Wyoming .$12,000.00
