Appeals (1) from an order of the Family Court of Saratoga County (James, J.), entered April 1, 1987, which awarded petitioner a judgment against respondent for unpaid counsel fees, and (2) from an order of said court, entered October 18, 1988, which reinstated two previous awards of counsel fees.
