This is an application made on behalf of the " Trustees of the Reformed Protestant Dutch *144Church of the Town of Flatbush in Kings County ” for the cancellation of an assessment levied in a street opening proceeding whereby Church avenue was opened from Flatbush avenue to East Eleventh street, in the borough of Brooklyn. The amount of the assessment, as confirmed by order of the Supreme Court entered on the 29th of December, 1909, against the petitioner’s property was $1,164.50.
