Diana and Randy Slider, plaintiffs below and appellants herein, appeal the September 8, 2000 order of the Circuit Court of Ohio County granting summary judgment to defendants-appellees State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”), Charles Noffsinger, and Erie Insurance Property and Casualty Company (“Erie”).
