On May 20, 2001, the plaintiffs, Leon P. Brown and Juan A. Sanders, filed a four count complaint against the defendants, Clarence Windley (individually and as Most Worshipful Grand Master of Prince Hall Grand Lodge, FAM, Inc.), and Prince Hall Grand Lodge, FAM, Inc.
