WATSON, District Judge.

The bill of complaint was filed by Edmund W. Lee v. Riefler & Sons, Inc., praying for the appointment of receivers for that corporation. The bill alleges, among other *365things, that the complainant is a citizen of New York state; - that the respondent is a Pennsylvania corporation; and that the jurisdictional amount is involved.
