LABORDE, Judge.

The claimant, Fredia Raymond, seeks judicial review of an administrative agency denial of unemployment benefits. The Office of Employment Security for the Louisiana Department of Labor (the Department) determined that the claimant had been discharged for misconduct connected with her employment pursuant to LSA-R.S. 23:1601(2) and, therefore, denied unemployment benefits. Claimant appealed and the Administrative Law Judge affirmed the Department’s determination that claimant was disqualified from receiving benefits.
