Pearce v. People's Savings Bank & Trust Co.

This is an appeal from a final decree of the chancery court of Jefferson County confirming a sale of real estate made by the commissioner under a former decree of the court; and appellee moves for a dismissal of the appeal on the ground that it was not perfected within the time prescribed by the statute.
